Terms of service
Draft, to be finalised before public launch
These are our terms in plain language. We will finalise them before public launch. By using CheckAnyCandidate you agree to the version in effect at the time.
What the service is
CheckAnyCandidate generates structured, claim-anchored interview probes to help a human interviewer test the trajectory behind a CV. It is decision support, not a decision. It is not an AI-cheating detector, a proctoring tool, or a verdict on a person.
A human always decides
The product never auto-rejects, ranks, or scores a person, and never produces a hire or no-hire verdict. Any scorecard recommendation is a human input. You are responsible for your hiring decisions and for complying with the employment and anti-discrimination laws that apply to you. You must not present the product's output as an automated decision about a person.
Acceptable use
- You confirm you have the right to submit any job description or CV text you provide.
- Do not submit unlawful content, or content you are not permitted to share.
- Do not attempt to bypass the free-trial limits, rate limits, or other technical controls.
- Do not use the service to build a surveillance, proctoring, or biometric profile of a person. The product does not support this.
The free sample
The anonymous trial is a limited, rate-limited sample provided as is. It returns a few probes and saves nothing as an interview. It is meant to show value, not to run production interviews for free.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. The plan, seat, and credit details shown on your billing page govern what your subscription includes. You can manage or cancel your subscription from that page.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the prior twelve months.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is material we will make a reasonable effort to tell you. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
